Buon appetito!

Reading the book I Love Finger Food (Girbaudo Editions), I came across to this super tasty recipe for a drink with friends. Try it !

Ingredients (for 4 friends )

20 grape leaves
2 onions
dry white wine
1 tablespoon pine nuts
80 grams of rice
50 grams of tomato pulp
1 tablespoon chopped dill
1 tablespoon dried mint
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
nutmeg
lemon juice
Extra virgin oil
salt and pepper to taste
How do you

How to make it

First, briefly blanched vine leaves and then let them dry on a dry towel.
Sauté finely chopped onions with a little of white wine and finally add the chopped pine nuts. Once this is done, add the rice and toast it, add the chopped tomato and adjust with salt and pepper. Wet with water
(and not with the broth as you would cooking a normal risotto): in this way the rice would not be too dry. At the end of cooking, add dill , mint, cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg. Create roulades. Line a baking sheet with the remaining leaves and then put your "creations" next to each other, to be sure that they do not open. Make a dressing sauce with lemon juice, a little olive oil and half a cup of lukewarm water. Sprinkle the rolls and bake it in the oven (preheated to 160 degrees) for 45 minutes. Buon appetito!

Make a cake come true: la torta di mele come piace a me

Ingredienti per 7 persone

ü  3 uova a temperatura ambiente
