Get ready for a gastronomic walk in the shadow of the beautiful Cathedral of Asti! From sunrise to sunset to taste the typical products of the area such as raw meat all'astigiana, nettle omelette, friciula with bacon, peppers with Bagna Cauda, agnolotti "hunchback" and much more. Plus, you can attend exhibitions, lectures and maybe do some 'shopping at Merca' ij of Busiard, a flea market that turns thirty years now.
